Reduce Stress and gain flexibility in a safe and fun environment Beginners are welcome Bring a Yoga Mat, towel or blanket to practice on Wear comfortable clothing that will be easy to move in Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach.  Avoid a heavy meal an hour or two before class
